Posted On: 9/10/2023I just moved to the Addison area and this was my 3rd apartment I saw and Aleyam was WAY more helpful than all the other apartments... we visited. She was helpful, kind, patient and informative on levels that we need and not to just overload me with too much information (she also uses colored pens when writing down info! So creative!). Apartments are beautiful and reasonable unlike a lot of other run down places we visited that had so many unnecessary "packages" that don't make sense. Looking forward to moving in!Read More about

Posted On: 8/19/2023I just experienced a similar issue to a resident who also posted a review not too long ago! I came home after a 12 hour shift... to my AC being broken and my apartment being 90 degrees! I called the emergency maintenance line to request help, and Caesar was at my place in under an hour! He not only fixed my issue right away, but called me to confirm that my AC was working again (because he didn’t have to enter my apartment to fix the issue), and then asked if there was anything else he could do for me. The staff was incredibly helpful and made my move so much easier. Big thanks to the maintenance gentleman Marcus. Marcus was able to quickly address a few areas of concern and even took the time to introduce himself to my nervous dog, so she will not be so anxious the next time he comes to fix something. Had a neighbor... who was not up to standards on cleaningness and unfortunately left behind an infestation. Immediately, the manager Zack was working to properly control of the issue, within one month the entire building was properly treated and infestation was eliminated, the maintenance crew immediately came to close all gaps and point of entry to prevent infestation and Mike the maintenance supervisor did an outstanding job changing all necessary baseboards and fixing neglected damage caused by the winter storm in 2021. Both management and maintenance are on top their game. I love living here and the staff is amazing!Read More about

Whenever I have had a problem or request, they have always answered promptly and with a smile. I never encountered that kind of positive teamwork from the previous management teams. Big kudos to all of them!!!! In the past, it was always a lot of lip service and watching a very nice complex rapidly deteriorate. Many times I saw Zack severely short staffed, but he never wavered and kept things under control. I hope upper management at the corporate office takes notice, acknowledges the outstanding work that he and the entire team consistently do, and not take any of them for granted!!!Read More about

There are no bugs! That was a big thing for me as I’m terrified of roaches. Location is great, you’re close to everything. The neighbors are relatively quiet and mind their business. Anabelle... and Bianca were both wonderful with the application process and the moving in process as well. Straight forward rent and no big issues.
