and Bianca were both wonderful with the application process and the moving in process as well. Straight forward rent and no big issues. Although every apartment complex has its disadvantages like small parking spaces, possibly thin ceilings, etc. It hasn’t affected me in the long run. Would definitely recommend.

worked paycheck to paycheck. MonfortPlace has been one of the biggest blessings. Karen, Holly and Matt B have helped me through this time more then I think any other apartment complex would. No matter how many times I called, they answered every single question I have had, and never made me feel hopeless. If it wasn’t for these three people, during this time I’m not sure what I would have done. I renewed my lease and thankful I did so. The apartments are great, I have no issues with contacting maintenance either. If you’re looking for a place to feel like not only the managers, but the owners of the complex truly care about your wellbeing then these apartments are the place to be! They also have new security in the mail rooms and the pool. Thank you again Holly, Karen and Matt for being hero’s for my family and I during these times. -April Worthy

love it here. I've been living here for about 2 months now, and I'm very impressed! The staff are all friendly and courteous (special thanks to Gina for going above and beyond). Upon move in, I only had one problem, but it was fixed as quickly as could be reasonably expected. Living here, I feel like I have all the benefits of living in the city while still feeling far enough away from it all when at home. Normally, having gates is a downside to me, but the entrance to the complex is designed such that it is easy for visitors to enter, and people aren't trapped if they accidentally happen to turn in. All-in-all, I really like this place!

I first lived at MP from 2008-2016. I downsized to a 1 bedroom in 2014 but then wanted to go back to. 2 bedroom in 2016.

Nothing was available, so in the meantime I moved to a sister property. I relocated back to MP in 2018 and I’m again a resident. MP is a small property which I love. The grounds are well-kept, neighbors are friendly, and the dog park on property is very convenient. Everyone in the leasing office - Ms. Holly, Mr. Dustin, and Ms. Karen are professional and easy to talk with. (Ms. Gina was great, too but got a promotion and is at another property). The maintenance crew, Mr. Paul, Mr. Marcus, and Mr. Isiah are also wonderful. Very hard workers. The location is excellent but due to all the development nearby rent has increased. Still, the rent at MP is still more reasonable than other properties in the area. I hope to live here until I buy my first home in several years.
